JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst will be the subject matter expert in different areas of the banking domain to provide in-depth knowledge to other teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as subject matter expert in different areas of banking domain (e.g.,
Insurance, Payment, Lending, etc) to provide in-depth knowledge to other
teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define functional
requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to business , while
supporting delivery manager in aspects related to business domains during
delivery
• Perform requirement analysis, translate business requirements into detailed
user stories and design specifications that are used to communicate with
solutions architect and engineers
• Work with Solution Architect to create high-level design of E2E solution,
ensuring that business requirements are aligned to technical design
• Identify potential issues, risks, dependencies and benefits of each solution.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Technology,
Computer Science or related field
• Experience in writing user stories that meet all business needs and
functional requirements
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks accordingly and in line
with industry best practices
• Understanding the latest software and hardware engineering principles
and practices, such as methods and challenges of integration

JOB SUMMARY

The Front-End Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining user experience features for the platforms/applications, contribute new ideas for website and mobile app development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build, test, deploy solutions based on the functional and technical
specifications
• Build and improve backend solutions and systems for security, availability,
resiliency and efficiency

JOB SUMMARY

Site Reliability Engineer Engineer is responsible for supporting application operations on production environment and monitoring application performance to keep it running normally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incidents by investigating, analyzing and coordinating to resolve incidents within pre-defined SLAs
• Leverage understanding and expertise in coding languages to investigate and resolve issues/ incidents
• Collaborate with other engineers, customers and key stakeholders to determine root cause of incidents, while
providing technical support and assisting with system integration when required
• Execute disaster recovery plans and procedures to prevent loss of data and recover applications functionality

The Data Engineer is responsible for building systems that collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for data scientists and business analysts to interpret. Ultimately, the goal is to make data accessible so that organizations can use it to evaluate and optimize their performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Extract, import, standardize, transform, convert, warehouse, archive and validate
large complex sets of data
• Transform data into right format as per requirements and develop data models for
analytics
• Combine information from different data sources to be stored in Data Lake / Data
Platform for analysis, and input into advanced statistical and predictive analysis
algorithms
• Develop comprehensive guidelines required to facilitate data access, extraction
and usage

JOB SUMMARY

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool. In addition, the UI/UX Designer will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design compelling user experience and interfaces in accordance with the
business strategic objective and the UX/UI principles and standards defined by
user experience architects in order to create omnichannel experience-
