 Available Position 1 : Tele- Fundraising and Call Centre Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in one of the following areas: Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or any related fields.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisor role for telesales, fundraising, business development or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of outbound call centre experience in telesales, fundraising, business development or related fields.

Available Position 2 : Senior PPH Assistant

Qualifications and Experience
(List the required education, work experience, expertise and competencies of the individual contractor. The listed education and experience should correspond with the level at which the contract is offered.)
Education (Level and area of required and/or preferred education)
• Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Sociology, or other related discipline .

Work Experience
(List number of years and area of required work experience. Clearly distinguish between required experience and experience which could be an asset.)
• At least 1 year of professional experience, including PPH programme in corporate fundraising, HNWIs programme from UN agencies, iNGOs, international organizations, and/or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
• Excellent knowledge of UN (especially UNHCR) procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (in particular Excel) and Powerpoint Presentation
• Excellent knowledge of English.

Key Competencies

• Work experience in professional fundraising skills, and/or marketing skills
• Understanding about UNHCR’s works and/or humanitarian issues
• Proven skills in writing, drafting, translation and communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in research and networking with the PPH programme
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Thai and English

Available Position 3:  Senior PSP Assistant (Fundraising Communications)

Qualifications and Experience

Education (Level and area of required and/or preferred education)
• High School certificate and/or University level education in communication, marketing or other related fields

Work Experience
(List number of years and area of required work experience. Clearly distinguish between required experience and experience which could be an asset.)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience for high school diploma or minimum 1 year of experience for Bachelor’s degree or higher in PR, private sector fundraising, communication, marketing or journalism with at least one year experience in working with an international NGO or the UN preferable
• Well-connected network of media in Thailand
• Interpersonal skill and excellent in building relationship
• Previous experience in organising event will be an advantage
