Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction related field.
  • Master’s Degree in construction management (CEIM) or construction related field.
  • Construction site working experience minimum 3 years.
  • Able to communicate and write fluently in English language.
  • Prefer nationality from Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia or Indonesia
  • Able to work at job site (full time)

Job Description

  • Review contract during project bidding stage
  • Handle of commercial and contractual issues at job site
  • Advise site project manager and project director of contractual risk, possible claims of cost and time, and other contractual issues at job site
  • Handle of contractual communications such as letters, notices, claims including electronic communications.
  • Monitor subcontractors and give advise to project manager of any potential risk
