Since more than 20 years, Steinert has represented and distributed industrial consumables, machines and convenience food products in Southeast Asia. Our customers for consumables and machines are manufacturers from all industries; the food products we are selling to retailers for restaurants and hotel supply.

We have a well established sales team and are now looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional to support us in acquisitions for various products and target customers.

 

1) Sales Manager – Textile and Automotive Division

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the textile and automotive industries
• Strong knowledge of textile and automotive products, applications, and relevant markets
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and explain complex textile and automotive solutions to customers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and business development
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our textile and automotive products
• Identify and target potential customers in the textile and automotive industries, building strong relationships and generating new business
opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate textile and automotive
solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Lead and motivate a sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market insights, and customer feedback

2) Technical Sales Furniture & Woodworking (Thailand)

Required Qualification & Skills:
• Male/Female age between 23 – 40 years old
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or related fields
• If you have experience in sales of technical products preferable to the Furniture and Woodworking industries, this will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Good technical understanding and sales talent
• Quick learning of circuit and troubleshooting principles
• Self-motivated, independent and goal oriented personality
• Must have integrity, strong execution skills, strong sense of responsibility, team work spirits and able to work under pressure
• Have a driving license and own a car would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Technical Sales Support for existing customers
• Acquisition of new potential customers and cross-sales to existing customers
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations jointly with the technical support team
• Strengthening relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Following up with customers, respond to queries
• Reporting in the CRM system
