Drake Bloebaum and his mortgage team provided extraordinary service to my family as we searched for a home this past winter. We ran into unexpected, serious issues with the home we had under contract and were forced to find a different home very quickly. Drake and his team did not express anything but loyalty, care, and motivation to help us throughout that stressful time. They were professional and accommodating when we had to expedite finances on the second home we had under contract (which is the house we now call home). I am so grateful we had such an amazing team! Josh has the best presentations that he emails to you so that you can have a video demonstration and explanation of the process and the actual personal financial savings.
