POSITION AVAILABLE: QC ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing material receipt, production, and quality control before delivery, as well as documenting the process
- Collect data from manufacturing and create MRD data and manuals
- Controlling, improving, and developing quality control systems
- Creating an MDR document to deliver to stakeholders for verification and certification of the tank
- Coordinate stakeholder departments: partner, vendor, and project details for submitting MDR information
- ISO response: update QP, FM, and WI
- Managing departmental KPIs
- Doing ITP (Inspection test plan)
- Issuing technical report: Hydrostatic test, Pneumatic test, Safety valve test
- Preparing document for Authorized Inspection
- Testing NDT by PT (Liquide Penetant Test) Process
- Ensuring that the job is completed according to the contract’s specifications and meets or exceeds the specified quality standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering bachelor’s degree or higher: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field
- Welding or metal forming experience of at least three years
- Measurement instrument knowledge
- Computer capabilities include Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- You’re in good health and don’t have any color blindness in your eyes
- Excellent English communication.
- Able to travelling
SALARY BASE:
35,000 – 40,000 THB
WORKING HOUR:
Monday – Friday
