Available position: Manufacturing Engineer
Job responsibilities:
- Work with external sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to identify any shortcomings and propose process improvements.
- Develop and maintain statistical process control (SPC) to ensure process and product
- Maintain tooling and equipment in the
- Support, update, and generate various engineering and production
- Design experiments and perform data analysis for manufacturing processes and
- Provide data-oriented reports and
- Provide a quality control system and
- Support production planning and supply
- Be hands-on in troubleshooting, analysis, and improvement of
- Create clear and concise documents including but not limited to design specifications, user manuals, and work instructions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, material science, mechatronics, physics, or related disciplines.
- Able to reside in Cambodia for more than 80% of the
- 0-5 years of working
- Awareness of safe working
- Ability to make technical decisions
- Highly motivated, honest, high integrity, and excellent work
- Adaptable, analytical, positive attitude, a good team player, and have good communication skills.
- Good command of
- Additional skills below would be advantageous:
- Good command in Chinese and/or Khmer will be given preferential
- Experience with data analysis software such as JMP, Python,
- Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and programming languages such as Python is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in solar manufacturing settings will be a plus (but not required)
