1. Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all logistics activities related to import and export matters.
- Ensure compliance with international and local regulations pertaining to import/export, including customs requirements and trade documentation.
- Follow-up timely clearance, delivery, and handover of goods.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams such as finances and supply chain managements.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, shipping companies and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Resolve any logistical challenges that arise during import/export processes and provide timely solutions.
- Proactively manage logistics challenges, including those arising from unique shipping terms and manufacturing arrangements.
- Participate in purchasing of materials and supply chain planning for operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree of relevant disciplines (business, supply chains management, business administration, and related field.)
- Excellent command in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, import and export.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Profound knowledge of shipping and custom procedures.
- Highly motivated, organized, honest, high integrity, and excellent work ethics.
- Adaptable, analytical, positive attitude, a good team player, and a fast learner.
- Additional skills below would be advantageous.
- 1+ years of experiences with BOI.
- 1+ years of experiences in manufacturing supply chain settings.
- Some experiences in triangular shipment.
- Fluency in both Thai and English.

2. Manufacturing Engineer
Job responsibilities:
- Work with external sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to identify any shortcomings and propose process improvements.
- Develop and maintain statistical process control (SPC) to ensure process and product quality.
- Maintain tooling and equipment in the factory.
- Support, update and generate various engineering and production documentations.
- Design experiments and perform data analysis for manufacturing processes and products.
- Provide data-oriented reports and analyses.
- Provide quality control system and program.
- Support production planning and supply chain.
- Be hands on in troubleshooting, analysis, and improvement of processes.
- Create clear and concise documents including but not limited to design specification, user manual, and work instructions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, material science, mechatronics, physics, or related disciplines.
- Able to reside in Cambodia for more than 80% of the time.
- 0-5 years of working experience.
- Awareness of safe working principles.
- Ability to make technical decisions methodically.
- Highly motivated, honest, high integrity, and excellent work ethics.
- Adaptable, analytical, positive attitude, a good team player and have good communications skills.
- Good command in English.
- Additional skills below would be advantageous:
- Good command in Chinese and/or Khmer will be given preferential consideration.
- Experience with data analysis software such as JMP, Python, etc.Experiences with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and programming languages such as Python is a plus.
2+ years of experience in solar manufacturing settings will be a plus (but not
required)
