I joined the AIT Career Forum held in November 2024, where I had the opportunity to interact with representatives from Tractebel Engie.
It was during this event that I learned about the available positions and decided to apply.
After the Career Forum, I followed up by visiting the Tractebel Engie website and submitted my application online.
I also sent a follow-up email to the HR representative I met at the fair, expressing my interest and enthusiasm for the position.
The hiring process with Tractebel Engie was thorough and well-structured. It began with an initial screening of my application,
followed by a phone call as well as an online interview with HR. Subsequently, I was invited for an in-person interview.
The final stage involved four technical interviews with project managers and the head of the renewable team in Thailand.
Throughout the process, the communication was clear and timely, which made the experience smooth and positive.
In this regard, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the AIT Career Centre for organizing the career fair and providing continuous support
throughout the application process. My heartfelt gratitude goes to my colleagues and peers in the SMARTS Center,
the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), for their encouragement and support.

This experience has been a significant milestone in my professional journey, and I hope my story can inspire my fellow AIT colleagues
