How can I post a job or internship opportunity on the AIT Career Center platform?
You can post a job or internship opportunity by filling out the “Post A Job Opportunity” request form available under the Contact Us menu. Once submitted, our team will review your request and post the opportunity accordingly. You may view the published listing through the provided link once it is live.
Is there a cost to post job or internship opportunities?
No, job and internship postings are currently free of charge. If there are any changes to this policy in the future, we will inform our employer partners in advance.
What types of students can I recruit from AIT?
AIT offers a diverse pool of postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD) specializing in fields such as engineering and technology, environment, resources and development, and management. Most students are international and multilingual, with strong academic and professional backgrounds.
Can I recruit students for part-time or freelance projects?
While we do accept postings for part-time or freelance opportunities, we highly encourage employers to offer full-time roles, as these are better aligned with the career goals and academic schedules of our students. Full-time opportunities typically attract stronger engagement and long-term commitment.
How do I participate in career events organized by the AIT Career Center such as Career Fair, Career Talk, and Career Forum?
AIT hosts a Career Fair every March and a Career Forum every October. To participate, you may register through our official event invitations or contact us directly at careercenter@ait.ac.th. Event details and updates are also available on the AIT Career Center website.
Can I request a dedicated company info session with AIT students?
Yes! We welcome companies to organize their own information sessions or recruitment talks, either on campus or online, to connect directly with our students. Kindly contact us at least 4 weeks in advance so we can schedule and promote it to our students.
Can AIT help me find students for internships or thesis collaboration?
Definitely. We can help connect you with students who are seeking internship placements or research collaboration. Please contact us directly at careercenter@ait.ac.th with your specific requirements.
What is the typical internship period at AIT?
Internships at AIT are flexible and vary depending on the academic program. However, most students are available for internships from January to April (for January intakes) and from August to November (for August intakes). The internship should cover a minimum of 480 hours over at least three months. Internships may serve as a degree requirement or as an opportunity for students to enhance their skills and gain practical experience.
