I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to AIT Career Center for introducing me to the prestigious Management Associate Program at Prudential Life Insurance.
I got to know about the Management Associate Program during the AIT Career Fair held in March 2023. Upon discovering the program, I immediately applied by submitting my CV through Prudential’s LinkedIn opening. After a few days, I was invited to take an online aptitude test and a video interview as part of the selection process.
The next stage involved a whole-day assessment held at Prudential’s Samyan office, where I joined 30 other candidates from various universities in Bangkok. The assessment comprised several rounds, including a group case study and an individual case presentation. I successfully navigated each round and got selected for this prestigious program. This happened just two few weeks before my graduation ceremony in May.
While expressing my gratitude, I would like to extend special thanks to my professors and my family for their guidance and support throughout my academic and professional journey. Their teachings and mentorship have played a vital role in shaping my knowledge and skills, which ultimately contributed to my success in securing this opportunity.
I am excited about the next 24 months, during which I will be rotated through various departments at Prudential, gaining valuable insights into different facets of their operations. I firmly believe that this rotational program will broaden my horizons and provide me with a solid foundation in management and leadership.

As of March 2025, Sheronika is based in Singapore and serves as the Regional Business Development Lead at Zaapi—an AI-powered omnichannel chat platform that helps businesses enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and streamline their marketing efforts.
