1. Sales Assistance

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial Plastic product.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Must be fluent in English, both oral and written TOEIC 600 is required.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive working attitude and being initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the general manager to establish a suitable marketing system in Thailand and develop Thai customers.
  • Serving existing customers in Thailand and South East Asia.
  • Visit new customers regularly and build up good relationship with customers.

  • Responsible for contacting and preparing for exhibitions and industry conferences in Thailand.
  • Regularly report the dynamics of our products in Thai market.

2. Service Engineer

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or business related fields.
  • Able to communicate in English ( at least IELTS 6), Arabic speaking is priority.
  • International sales experience in plastic extrusion is required.
  • Have strong market analysis, marketing promotion ability , good interpersonal communication and coordination ability,analysis and problem solving ability.
  • Love sales business,dare to challenge themselves, can adapt to long term business trips, proactive has a high degree of execution, sense of responsibility and stability and agree with company’s corporate culture.
  • Able to travel domestic and travel overseas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the daily after-sales service work at the technical level of the company’s products including solving the doubts and problems in the application of equipment at the customer site.
  • Conducting comprehensive technical training for customer and maintaining the equipment of old customers.
  • Communicate with customers, assist the company to track the operation status of the equipment in the project, timely understand and receive customer feedback information, provide after-sales technical support, regularly provide feedback.
  • Developing and maintain good customer relationships, participate in and implement customer service plans.

3. HR

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • At least 5 years HR generalist experience with a multinational or leading organization from the manufacturing industry.
  • Proper knowledge of HR as well as local labor laws and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with sufficient English level to work with international teams.
  • Thai Nationality is preferred.
  • Have the ability to organize appropriate diplomatic services, and be good at connecting with government departments such as labor bureau and immigration bureau.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrangement of contracts and applicable policies, liaise between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required.
  • Responsible for leading and developing human resource strategy that aligns with the company’s direction to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
  • Review internal rules, HR Policy and Regulations based on Labor Law requirements.
  • Conduct investigation of staff breach of employment contract.

4. Purchasing

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with the procurement, production, quality and other control processes in the machinery manufacturing industry.
  • Familiar with market conditions, sensitive to price and cost composition, and capable of negotiation, bargaining, and management.
  • The company’s procurement rules, regulations, and requirements include: being pleasant-looking, adhering to principles, being honest with others, and seeking truth from facts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of the purchasing department, completing purchasing tasks, reducing purchasing costs, and improving efficiency.
  • Establish and improve the training and assessment system for purchasing personnel to improve the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of purchasing personnel.
  • Supervise the procurement process and the execution of purchase orders.
  • On the premise of ensuring the quality of purchased materials, take reasonable and effective measures to reduce procurement costs.
  • Procurement quality management and price comparison analysis.
  • Supplier management and development.
  • Manage the process of material procurement and supply to ensure reasonable material procurement, timely supply, high quality and low price.

Scope of Authority:

  • The right to negotiate and sign purchase contracts
  • The right to review and approve new suppliers
  • The right to manage directly subordinate personnel, the right to deploy, reward and
    punish, and the right to nominate appointments and dismissals
  • The right to supervise and inspect the work of direct subordinates, and the right to initially formulate salary assessment standards.
  • The right to evaluate the work level and performance of direct subordinates.

5. Interpreter & Translator

Working hours: Monday – Saturday 08:00 – 17:00

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
  • Able to work and travel business trip in both domestic and aboard.
  • At least 1 years of translating & communicating functions in Chinese.
  • Good command of computer skills in MS. Office, Email, Online communication.
  • Fluent command of Japanese language skills. (HSK 5)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting translation and letter translation work.
  • Support, cooperate, translate, and communicate between team and customer or supplier in Chinese and Thai language.
  • Coordinate the communication between Chinese and Thai employees in the customers sites.
  • Help translate language regarding the management of various administrative tasks in the company.
  • Other tasks following the manager’s assignment or company policy.

6. Marketing Coordinator

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in Marketing pr related field will be an advantage. New graduates are also welcomed.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Must be fluent in English, both oral and written TOEIC 600 is required.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive working attitude and being initiative. Proficient in MS office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the general manager to establish a suitable marketing system in Thailand and develop Thai customers.
  • Serving existing customers in Thailand and South East Asia.
  • Visit new customers regularly and build up good relationship with customers.
  • Plan and research online marketing strategies aligned with business objective and target.
  • Support marketing team to prepare all of document that related with Marketing tasks.
  • Regularly report the dynamics of our products in Thai and southeast Asia market.
  • Other duties which may be assigned by Managers from time to time.
