1. Safety Officer

Skills & Qualifications

• Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields.
• Working Experience: 1-2 year in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) in manufacturing facilities.
• Language: Good command of the English language.
• Possesses good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Stays positive and performs well in high pressure environments.

Job Descriptions

• Account for safety activities in compliance with safety law and regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary safety reports to government authorities.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures including emergency preparedness.
• Plan and implement suitable activities to reduce possible accidents due to unsafe acts and working conditions.
• Conduct safety activities in accordance with safety law and regulations.
• Plan and conduct safety promotion activities to increase safety regulations.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel (employee and contractor) in the workplace.
• Conduct safety related training.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

2. HR Officer [Payroll]

Skills & Qualifications

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
  Working Experience: 0-2 years in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR (fresh graduates are welcome)
  Experience in payroll calculation is preferred.
• Language: Good command of spoken and written English.
• Possesses good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and analytics skills.
  Perform well in high pressure environments.
• Collaborate well in a team and across different business functions.

Job Descriptions

• Keep up to date with Thailand’s labour laws, Social Security Office (SSO) and related government organizations.
  Collect, compile, and analyse HR data (e.g. employee performance, turnover, employee engagement) for improvement of HR function.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

3. Production Engineer

Skills & Qualifications

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Working Experience: 1-2 years in a manufacturing facility (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Language: Good command of English.
• Possesses good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Possesses knowledge of standard cost systems and controls (required).
• Commands competent managerial skills and first-line supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Possesses leadership, supervisory, decision making, coaching, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

Job Descriptions

• Be responsible for production operation and supervision of the team.
• Control production output to achieve the yield, quality, delivery, and cost targets and improve processes to achieve the highest performance standards.
• Supervise operators, ensure that company rules are adhered to and maintain good discipline, moral and high attendance.
• Perform improvement projects as assigned (i.e Kaizen, 5S, cost savings, control for yield improvement etc)
• Support production line.

*Working Conditions: Able to work overtime and night shifts (if requested)

4. Interpreter (Japanese)

Skills & Qualifications

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese major or related fields.
• Working Experience: 0–5-years as an interpreter in manufacturing factory.
• Language: Good command of Japanese (minimum JLPT N3) / English Language.
• Service-minded and able to perform well in high pressure environments.
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Descriptions

• Provide simultaneous interpretation during meetings, conferences, and negotiations between Japanese, English and Thai-Speaking stakeholders.
• Translate technical documents, reports, and correspondence related to manufacturing processes and business planning sector.
• Conduct language and cultural training sessions to enhance cross-cultural collaboration among team members.

5. Production Control Officer

Skills & Qualifications

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Working Experience:1 – 5-years in materials planning, supply chain, material management and production operation management.
• Language: Good command of English. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Possesses interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and time management skills.
• Possesses good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Able to perform well in high pressure environments.
• Flexible, self-motivated and team player.

Job Descriptions

• Collaborate with relevant functions to drive operational effectiveness.
• Review material master plan and release purchase order to the vendor in response to customer demand.
• Review forecast with business to ensure product availability, minimum slow movement inventory and ensure optimum customer service level.
• Provide weekly/monthly production planning based on demand to the team.
• Follow up on output and respond to the team regarding the product availability date.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production plan issues Plan, monitor and control customers’ schedule based on customer’s requirements or availability of stock.
