1. Mechanical Engineer
Skills & Qualifications
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Working Experience: 2-5 years in similar functions
- Prior experience in continuous processes or heavy industries is preferred.
- Language: Good command of English
- Service-minded with positive attitude.
- Possesses management skills, supervisory skills, and problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong sense of self-improvement and initiative, mature and proactive.
- Possesses good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and Auto CAD 2D and 3D.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and mechanical design.
Job Descriptions
- Establish team KPI to comply with the policy from supervisors.
- Be responsible for the factory’s mechanical maintenance to maintain a continuous production process.
- Be responsible for the installation or modification of machinery to achieve the factory plan and target. Be responsible for designing, planning, and analysing mechanical-related jobs.
- Design and implement machine improvement plan.
- Manage usage of the company’s resources to ensure proper usage and optimize efficiency (man, material, machine, and money).
- Support management by generating relevant reports.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
2. Production Engineer
Skills & Qualifications
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Working Experience: 0 – 2 years in similar functions (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Language: Good command of English.
- Possesses good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Basic knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) is preferred.
- Good team player, meticulous and high adaptability.
- Possesses planning, creativity and writing skills.
- Possesses commercial awareness.
Job Descriptions
- Be responsible for the production process and make improvements to achieve the KPI.
- Create & revise Quality Management System (QMS) documents for the mass production model and provide training to members such as Work instruction (WI), Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), Control plan etc.
- Design process, carry out trial and issue new QMS document for new model preparation and provide training to members
3. New Model Engineer

Job Descriptions
- Prepare a new model of development plan to achieve all customer requirements (Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Tooling Preparation, Trial).
- Follow up and evaluate on new model development plan to achieve all customer requirement.
- Prepare and share information on new products to relevant stakeholders to achieve all customer requirements (kick-off & handover of project).
- Prepare and coordinate Internal & External audit to achieve regulatory requirements.
