Job Title: Education Marketing Executive (3 positions)

Location: Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka

Job Description

This role is responsible for driving the growth of various K-12 educational solution to achieve its business objectives including profitability and revenue targets. You will partner the publishers closely, work with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business grow under your leadership. Experience in selling/marketing of SaaS solutions and those with the relevant experience (teachers or educators) in the K-12 education sector are desirable. If you do not have the experience training and guidance will be provided.

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned educational products to achieve their product metrics.
• Develop and execute overall go-to-market strategies to drive demand from schools/learning centres and achieve product category revenue targets.
• Conduct product demonstration, customer training and deal making whenever necessary.
• Presentation to large audience in workshops/ conferences.
• Build strong rapport with publishing partners to successfully obtain their support in sales and marketing activities.
• Responsible for ongoing market and competitive analyses to aid strategic decision making and continuous improvement of existing propositions.
• Identify and participate in relevant education themed exhibitions/ conferences.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, partners and publishers.

Requirements

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification (Degree) related to IT, Business Management, Marketing or Education from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Must be result oriented and able to work independently.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and able to multi task.
• Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up.
• Possess an open mindset with the ability to work and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Digital marketing skills would be highly desirable.
