1. Available Position Title:  Manager, Digital Analytics

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Collect data from various sources (e.g. data warehouse, social media, digital marketing platforms)
  • Extract relevant data to measure performance, solve analytical problems; ensure development teams have the required data
  • Define and implement data flows through and around digital and telecom
  • Prepare and present articulate reports based on vast amount of data from various sources

2. Available Position Title:  Senior Manager, BI Big Data Governance & Delivery (Business Analyst)

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope.
  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

3. Available Position Title: Assistant Manager, Personalize Campaign System Management (System Analyst)

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible to gathering and analyzing requirement and design the best solution for campaign management system to support business needed.
  • Working with a cross-functional platforms to ensure a cohesive execution of personalize campaign platform, such as EDW, source systems integration including Personalize campaign platform vendor, campaign Devops and campaign execution team to ensure all tagging and tracking is in place prior to campaign launch.
  • Coordinate with QA team to initiate testing plans, test cases, consultant QA for SIT/UAT/PVT to ensure system can run properly.
  • Create program specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow and training as needed

4. Available Position Title: Manager, Business Security

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop information security policy and standard for network and services to ensure that activities are being performed effectively and efficiently
  • Develop TG operation, system and network performance standard and measurement systems regarding information security to encourage best practice and work efficiency
  • Monitor and review technological security update to ensure that strategies and roadmap reflect new technological trends
  • Provide recommendations regarding information security direction on key projects and activities of TG to ensure that activities are being performed in alignment with security plans and policies
  • Oversee cross-functional work processes regarding information security to ensure that activities are performed according to security standards
  • Cascade and follow up the execution of information security to ensure that the activities are being governed and performed in alignment with security standard and policies

Principal Accountabilities

  • Serve as an expert in delivering and coordinating technical analysis, business impact assessments and mitigation recommendations for security incidents
  • Responsible for security analysis, triage and escalation procedures, workflows and tasks
  • Schedule periodic security audits, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing
  • Identifies opportunities to improve security monitoring, vulnerability management, threat management and operational tasks
  • Evaluate existing SIEM rules, filters, events and use cases and adapt to meet the business requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
  • Proven 3-5 Years of experience as SOC, Cyber Security Incident Response, Security Analyst, Security Vendor Management, or similar leadership role

6. Available Position Title: Assistant Manager, Internet & Mobile Solution

Principal Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with all stakeholders regarding client/ user’s requirements and requests to ensure that the final product would deliver the desired outcome and ensure alignment and compatibility of system design for effective and efficient application development
  • Support and review development of Dtac application, E-services, OCC – Online E-Commerce, MDD, upselling thru Media Partners, dtac Wifi, E-Payment, E-Invoice, eMailing and MNP solution architecture plan and design to ensure alignment with identified enterprise architecture, and responsiveness to project objectives and technical requirements
  • Support online programming activities, including coding, scripting, and security integration
  • Implement test plan, test environment, and lead solution testing activities

Qualifications

7. Available Position Title: Manager, IT Service Operation (Customer Facing)

Principal Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with infrastructure team and perform a support role over operation readiness test prior to deployment to ensure that Customer Facing IT application is configured and functioned correctly
  • Support application administration and monitoring of Customer Facing IT applications to ensure that system runs smoothly without failure
  • Support as the 2nd tier for incident and problem management for Customer IT Facing service operation

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage multiple projects for many clients, which involve the implementation of medium and broad conceptual knowledge in project management, to ensure successful delivery of projects in regard to the desired outcome and objectives.
  • Manage day to day operation of change management in relation to the project plans, as well as undertake appropriate action to address the issues which may occur during project period to ensure agreed deadlines are met adherent to scope of project, timeline and all the requirements that were agreed upon.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Act as IT Vendor Governance, Service Manager, and focal point of contact for the Business Users, IT Service Owner and MSP follow the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Accountable for Service Level Management to establish Service Level Agreement (SLA), maintain service performance and identify for improvement on service according to the process to meet on customer’s satisfaction
  • Responsible for defining and maintaining the service, continuous service improvement, periodic service review with stakeholders, service reports on a timely basis.
  • Cooperate with IT Service Owner to ensure incidents and problems can resolve appropriately, included able to identify for service improvement plan to maintain and improve service performance
  • Support business users or service owner for customer complaint resolution and reduction

Qualifications

  • Lead IoT Product Development, IoT Project Management and Solution delivery, Product POC and training
  • Work closely with IoT Technical Consultant & BD & internal teams and Partners to deliver IoT solutions
  • Develop a very strong product proposition which is compliant in terms of regulation, robust in performance, competitive in pricing and easy for sales people to sell.
  • Own the revenue plan for the product and be responsible for achievement of the revenue target.
  • Create an effective business development and pre-sales engineering process.
  • Identify the most potential customer segments and develop a clear strategy for penetrating with the help of the Product Specialists and Presales Consultants.

Qualifications

  • Engineer with a management in marketing or finance is the desirable qualification with good presentation skills and people management capabilities.
