Deloitte South East Asia commits to engage with our clients on the emerging sustainability issues. As a part of our commitment, the firm is setting up an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangkok, Thailand to provide insights and solutions to key ESG issues such as Net-zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Climate Risk and ESG regulations, and offer support to all markets in the SEA region.
Role:
This role sits within the ESG Center of Excellence team in Bangkok and seeks to support all South East Asia’s ESG initiatives, with an emphasis on regional collaboration on eminence building, ESG product and pipeline development, project implementation and training for service offerings.
1.Analyst – Center of Excellence – Environmental, Social and Governance
- As a member of the team, you will help support the COE team in co-create and deliver ESG solutions.
- Enable the eminence agenda with input from the Climate and Sustainability (C&S) program
leadership team - Enable the branding and marketing initiatives across the SEA region.
- Enable publicity and promotion of the initiatives.
- Enable the planning and delivery of training initiatives to equip all Deloitte Greendot staff on C&S capacity.
- Enable the development of all SEA go-to-market strategies, including pitching enablement,
methodology, quality & risk management, and delivery.

2.Senior Consultant – Center of Excellence – Environmental, Social and Governance
- As a member of the team, you will help support senior members to drive the growth of
our ESG business in the including the co-creation, sale, and delivery of ESG solutions. - Drive the eminence agenda with input from the Climate and Sustainability (C&S) program
leadership team and drive that eminence agenda forward. - Drive the branding and marketing initiatives across the SEA region. This will include events,
thought leadership, and external partnership, with the support from our internal client
services team. - Drive publicity and promotion of the initiatives.
- Drive the planning and delivery of training initiatives to equip all Deloitte Greendot staff on
C&S capacity. - Drive the development of all SEA go-to-market strategies, including pitching enablement,
methodology, quality & risk management, and delivery. - Demonstrate track record of successfully supporting businesses from concept to commercialization.
Qualities:
- Good understanding on the climate and sustainability landscape in the Asia-Pacific region, with practical experience preferred
- Good applicable experience in ESG market/industry
- Good capacity and experience in internal communication
- Ability to build and contribute domain thought-ware for use by the network
- Ability to select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy.
- Ability to produce a high quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience.
- Ability to deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in clients.
- Ability to incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options
- Ability to apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving.
