Available Position :Sales Executive Trainee – Industrial Plaster (Vietnamese Speaking)
Purpose:
• Be a key point of contact between company and customers.
• Learn and develop key skills with the support of a sales executive so as a trainee, you are
confident in identifying business opportunities, finding possible prospects, researching, and
analyzing sales options.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers and gain repeat business.
• Support driving both existing and new business and will be expected to work closely with other
departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers, ensuring the realistic
expectations from the outset.
Job Responsibilities :
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Translate Vietnamese language to English and or Thai language.
• Manage both new and existing customer requirements to understand, anticipate and
practically meet their needs, whilst spotting potential sales opportunities.
• Support in self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and warm/cold calling.
• Achieve a minimum number of customer audits per week to ensure an effectively managed
customer base.
• Set up appointments and visiting potential customers for new business.
• Represent the business at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Learn technical expertise and product knowledge education from factory team, senior sales
executives and on the job from customer visits.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Take ownership for the delivery of agreed SMART objectives set within the department.
• Proactively identify and assist the Sales Executive and other senior managers to obtain real
and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a
timely manner.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both
personal and organizational trust.
• Able to work flexible hours around the needs of both customers and EDGE.
• Undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales Executive in accordance with the scope
and responsibilities of the role.
Job Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, major Marketing or Ceramic / Science / Material science
will be advantage.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English language. Thai language will be advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
• Commercial awareness.
• Computer skills; Microsoft office.
• A good level of numeracy.
• A positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable to flourish in a competitive environment.
• A full driving license is advantage (Thailand and Vietnam).
