Available Position: Production/Technical Engineer Track (Management Trainee)

Responsibilities
The Management Trainee’s responsibilities to completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining
knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meeting or project assignment, providing support and suggestion for
improvement.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meeting, workshops, projects assignment and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Participating in daily operations as required.
• Learning about conflict resolution.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or above holder, preferably with major in an Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or relevant.
• Have excellent command of both oral and written Thai, English. Knowledge of other languages is a distinct advantage.
• Are able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Are ambitious and hard-working, with a mature business approach.
• Are proactive and feel comfortable with a wide range of challenges, and demonstrate responsibility and initiative.
• Are quality oriented and results driven with good problem solving skills.
• Have a humble attitude and respect for different cultures and heritage.
• Working Location in Ayutthaya
