Available Position 2 = Energy Modeller

Responsibilities:

  • Perform energy modeling services and analysis at a variety of stages of project design and development, based mainly on the ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G framework, and using international modelling software
  • Carry out other modelling analysis, such as daylighting / thermal comfort modelling, etc.
  • Perform calculations outside the modeling software as required
  • Analyse the model outputs and prepare reports including recommendations on cost effective ways to improve building performance

As the MEP BIM Manager, you will be responsible to provide a leadership role and direct and develop BIM / Digital Delivery in the MEP department. This will include two focus areas:

Position Summary:

The ICT / ELV Engineer will support the M&E department to deliver a ‘system of systems’ design for projects. 

The ICT / ELV Engineer role will include two focus areas:

  1. Optimize ICT / ELV parts of M&E specifications, and regularly update same.
  2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to present concepts and complete designs for projects.

Position Summary:

The CxA’s role includes:
