Available Position 1 = Head of Business

Job responsibilities
• Lead the company construction, implementation and commercial developments of the Business during
the start-up phase and establish a state-of-the-art organization to accomplish its targets
• Be the prime point of contact of all stakeholders involved in construction and operational phase.
• Overseeing and assisting the management team with the development of all internal business policies,
strategies and objectives, presenting these to the Board for approval and overseeing the
implementation of these once approved.
• Ensuring strategic objectives are being met by annually reviewing and revising strategies and business
plans, and the annual business plan are well communicated and understood and committed to by all
employees.
• Defining, developing and executing visions & strategies for the company, including business planning
and budgeting.
• Managing and guiding construction, equipment installation and implementation plan and activities in line
with timeline and budget.
• Representing the organization with major customers, shareholders, financial community, Governmental
regulatory authorities, and the face of the local business in the eyes of the public.
• Managing and maintaining relationships and communication with external stakeholders.
• Leading commercial activities to bring in volume to reach operation maximum capacity within agreed
timeline.
• Ensuring the effective risk management regarding the operations and business growth activities of the
company and overseeing for all crisis management planning and business continuity procedures,
working closely with the management team.
• Being accountable for financial performance and profitability of the company as well as all development
and growth of the business.
• Ensuring that the Board is kept informed of all current major financial or operational issues and
developments including risk, safety and security matters.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in the operation management at a senior executive level.
• Experience in major constructions and developing commercial activities.
• Experience in a significant asset management and planning, or a regulated business.
• Expertise in specific concepts, operational excellence, cost controlling and operating systems.
• Proven strong commercial, strong leadership and influencing skills through excellent strategic thinking,
with conceptual skills and commercial judgement.
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in building up and maintaining good
relationships within the shipping industry, the local communities, and the government.

Available Position 2 = Project Director

Job Responsibilities

• Project development and project management role to lead the team in development and execution
of the assigned project and being an accountable for the success of the assigned project.
• Developing project approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resources planning for the project.
• Pre-construction development of the projects; lead the technical scope and support the
non-technical scope in development of the projects, including:
• Conceptual designing and development plan of the project.
• Procurement of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts through appropriate
approaches ; from TOR until contract signed.
• Technical supporting for non-technical works e.g. permit/license, EIA, legal, financing, BOI.
• Execution phase of the projects; responsible for project management to achieve schedule,
budget, and quality targets, including:
• Overseeing the engineering, procurement, and construction team.
• Contract management.
• Risk management and mitigation, change management.
• Scheduling and resource planning.
• Project close-out and lesson learnt.
• Coordinating with team and providing supports on relevant issues in order to complete project
effectively.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 15-20 years’ experience with at least 10 years’ experience in Independent Power Producers
Project , Hydropower , Renewable Energy ,Waste to Energy Project or LPG terminal.
• Project management, scheduling and resource planning, and risk management capabilities.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.
• “Get it done” mindset.
• Managing and empowering others, commercial mindset, problem solving, decision making.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad

Available Position 3 = Project Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management.
• Coordinating with internal teams and all relevant external parties e.g., EGAT, PTT,
IEAT, government, project sponsor/ shareholder, industrial estate, contracts,
lenders, lenders’ advisor and contractor.
• Leading and managing execution of the project by coordinating internal.
• Contract negotiation/ contract reviewing.
• Contract management/ budget control.
• EPC management.
• Preparing presentation to working committee.

Job Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project development of Independent
Power Producers Project , Hydropower , Renewable Energy ,Waste to Energy
Project or LPG terminal.
• Experience in management of scope, cost, schedules and vendors/ subcontractors
in varied contract arrangements.
• Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes
and tools, and strong contractual knowledge.
• Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate
with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Chinese both of written and verbal is required.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.

Available Position 4 =Business Developer

Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting feasibility study and identifying the investment opportunities of potential project(s)
including risk analysis and financial analysis.
• Conducting energy market trend analysis and analyzing strategies of business competitors.
• Preparing papers/ presentations in relation to the potential project(s) for management’s report.
• Preparing letters and agreements to support the project negotiation and development.
• Conducting and preparing documents for the project bidding proposal.
• Preparing project status and updating presentation for the executive and board of committee.
• Managing and involved in M&A, due diligence process and conducting financial models &
valuation for IPO projects.
• Other works as assigned in relation to business development.

Job Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, investment banking or related fields
• Having knowledge in M&A, IPO, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation and feasibility study.
• CFA License would be an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Experience in energy sector or gas business would be an advantage.
• Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and
backgrounds.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
