WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Social Media Specialist, he/she will grow CIGAM’s social media program to
engage prospective clients: students, education institutions, government and
private sectors, work with local markets across CIGAM and develop brand
advocacy for the firm. SMS will play an essential new role in CIGAM’s expanding
Global Digital Marketing team. Job responsibilities include the following:
● Develop CIGAM’s global social media channels targeting potential B2B
and B2C clients
● Collaborate with broader CIGAM’s strategic partners to identify and
execute integrated cross-channel digital campaigns
● Advise CIGAM’s employees on how best to use social media
● Monitor the social media activity across channels to ensure everything
runs smoothly and operates efficiently
● Help to manage the global social media advertising budget and
execute and advise on advertising campaigns for CIGAM
● Analyse social media data for regular reporting and to identify more
opportunities

● Social media management tool knowledge (i.e. IG, FB, Twitter, LINE,

Available position 2: Web Developer – Internship

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Website Developer, he/she will be responsible for implementing CIGAM’s
website and developing an SEO. Web developer responsibilities include building
new pages, maintaining the site, working with a web designer, fashioning website
layout and functions, and providing technical support to the company.
Job responsibilities include the following:
● Develop web applications using JavaScript, CSS, and React
● Develop and implement SEO strategy
● Track and Analyse website analytics
● Implement reusable code for future use
● Develop and test on multiple browsers corresponding with the
product plan
● Collaborate with team members to deliver efficiency product
● Provide technical support to the company

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Content Writer, he/she will be creative, detail-oriented and responsible for
developing CIGAM’s content for print, digital, and social media platforms along
with the marketing team. Content writer responsibilities include creating social
media and website content to engage our target audience, writing a press release
for our public relations, and assisting with marketing communication campaigns.
CW must know how to research various topics and industry trends and produce
content on tight deadlines. Excellent grammar and writing skills are required
for this position.
Job responsibilities include the following:
● Brainstorm with the marketing team for new ideas and strategies for
effective content
● Conduct research markets and industries to create content that is
innovative and original
● Develop copy on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (such as the
website, blogs, articles, and social media)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Creative Designer (CD) acts as a creative leader and drives quality
enhancement across all creative verticals. He/she will focus on bringing design
inspiration and thought leadership to the design, digital, content and video
verticals, setting the long-term vision and strategies and driving the delivery of
innovative, high-calibre solutions for all engagements. CD will also conceive and
implement design guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and
oversee them to completion. A successful candidate will lead
brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas with the consulting team and
executives. Furthermore, he/she will develop an understanding of current client
engagements – products, services, target audience, and competitors’ activities
and design clear, persuasive, original solutions. Moreover, monitor the market for
trends and implement new and enhanced services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This Business Development & Sales Executive (BDSE) acts as an integral part of
the company as the first major point of contact. He/she will focus on B2B and B2C
inbound and outbound leads and strive to convert them into clients through a
positive attitude and impressive communication skills. BDSE will also collaborate
with the Regional Manager on transformation policies to deliver effective action. A
successful candidate will have the entrepreneurial spirit to own a sales process
from end to end, handling multiple facets of the cycle in a matrixed organisation.

Available position 6: Knowledge Analyst – Internship

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Knowledge Analyst (KA) acts as an advisor for consulting and topic/sector
teams. He/she will conduct research to support proposal engagement work and
apply knowledge to satisfy complex client demands. KA will also collaborate with
consulting teams staffed on transformation projects to deliver original analysis
and insights, provide thought partnership, and contribute topical expertise to the
project. Additionally, he/she will work with the Regional Manager (RM) to support
the regional leadership team and provide customised knowledge, analyses, and
coordination across the core practitioner group and other interested parties
within the firm. He/she will also help drive the IP agenda forward and contribute
to initiatives, products, publications and services.

The responsibility of the KA is to be a support consultant/partner for our
Education and Live Abroad consulting staff to help towards our goal of designing,
delivering and commercialising a range of highly value-adding and differentiated
knowledge services and products that help CIGAM succeed in the marketplace.
Your job responsibilities will include the following:
● Partners with case and proposal teams in Asia Pacific (AP) and other
regions to identify & address critical knowledge needs
● Provides customised support for CIGAM proposals and client work to
prepare well-developed commercial documents
● Delivers analysis and insights to case team, provides thought
● Acts as the “go-to” person for Education and Live Abroad topics for case
teams and the leadership teams globally
● Act as a thought partner, establishes credibility with case teams and
provides problem-solving & topic/sector expertise insights
● With consultants, collects, synthesises, analyses case team learnings &
inputs into new knowledge products (vignettes, experience)
