1. Sales Representative
- To present and sell products, including to service existing customers and new customers.
- To identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- To prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- To establish and maintain existing customers and new customers relationships.
- To identify and resolve customer concerns.
- To coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- To follow-up for collection of payment.
- To coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Male or Female with good personality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering or Science.
- Experience in sales of industrial products will be a plus.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Highly responsible and self motivated.
- Fair command of spoken and written English.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Computer literacy in MS office.
- Possess leadership, positive thinker and proactive.
- Have skills in solving immediate problems and able to work under pressure as well.
- Enthusiastic with good analytical skills and strong coordination & good interpersonal skill.
- Have own car and driving license will be an advantage but not mandatory.
2. Business Development Executive
- To prepare quotations and follow up purchase order from customers.
- To manage existing customers and new customers
- To coordinate and collaborate sales effort with team members, departments and senior.
- To visit current customers and new customers.
- To create good relationships with customers.
- To cooperate with clients by e-mail, telephone or visiting.
- Responsibility for sales target and achievement in terms of sale amount, technical sales and support.
- Other duties as assigned
- Male/ Female, age not over 28 years old with pleasant personality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Administrative, Secretarial work, Marketing or related fields.
- To have working experience minimum 2 years.
- Fair command of written and spoken English.
- High accountability, maturity with the ability to set priorities and to complete assignments with minimum guidance.
- Able to work independently with proactive and ability to work under pressure, organize and understand task-oriented.
- Able to work fast and committed to the deadline with high accuracy and neat.
- Open-minded, positive attitude, a fast learner, and willing to work hard.
- Enthusiastic with good analytical skills and strong coordination & good interpersonal skill
