Management Trainee in Finance & Supply Chain

PepsiCo Management Trainee provides accelerated career and learning opportunities to nurture bright young talents and groom them into future leaders. This program will be two year structured development using a blend of learning techniques and project assignments to develop deep functional knowledge and a broad understanding of different aspects of PepsiCo’s business and management. The program allows trainees to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignment and world class training. Management Trainees will be starting their new career journey from July 2020. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be offered managerial level positions in a designated function within PepsiCo.

Recruitment & Selection Timeline

  • Application Opening  February – March
  • Online Assessment   Second week – Third week of April
  • Initial Interview  Fourth week of April
  • Assessment Center  Second week of May
  • Final Selection  Third week of May
  • Onboarding  July

Qualification

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, MIS or related fields
  • Strong desire to grow in Finance or Supply Chain in Fast-moving-Consumer-Good environment
  • Strong Academic Record
  • Working experience 0-3 years
  • Excellent in Thai and English Language
  • Analytically sharp, innovative mind and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Growth mindset with positive attitude
  • Good self-awareness and self-motivation
  • Demonstrate potential leadership capability and high learning agility
