Our work ranges from supporting the development of strategy, management, and reporting to helping clients resolve implementation challenges to approach to areas such as climate change, ethical supply chain management, human rights, economic development and other emerging areas.

Manager – ESG/Sustainability Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the ESG&S team to deliver advisory and assurance projects.
• Help raise KPMG Thailand’s profile in the ESG&S field among businesses and government regulatory bodies.
• Educate client’s senior management on the value of ESG&S.
• Identity CC&S business opportunities.
• Help develop business plan, pitches and engagements.
• Partner with KPMG’s ESG&S regional network where necessary.
• Help build a strong ESG& team, including deliver training to staff in sustainability reporting and assurance.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental & sustainability studies or other relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience working inside a company or as an external consultant on corporate sustainability projects.
• Relevant experience working inside a company or as an external consultant on ESG/sustainability projects. For example:

– Experience in establishing sustainability development strategies.

– Experience in Sustainability Reporting/advisory based on GRI Framework.

– Experience in DJSI, CDP and other rating agencies reporting/advisory a                      plus.

– Experience in Sustainable Finance.

– Experience in Human Right Assessment and Gender Equality research and                  reporting.

• Proven client management and business development skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and native Thai.
• Strong communication and presentation capability.
• Ability to thrive in an international environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
