1. Shopping Center & SKU Management Intern (E-Commerce)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the establishment, operation, and performance improvement of marketing channels under shelf-based e-comm scenario, including shopping channels, promotion channels, and category channels etc.
  • Support designing the operational strategy based on the characteristics of different channels and strategic target to run the marketing channels
  • Support coordinating with UG (User Growth) and Mega Campaign Team to conduct Shop Tab specific campaigns
  • Support operating channel item selection, traffic allocation, and subsidy control; and streamlining the process and building up SOP

2. E-Commerce Category Intern ( Thailand E- Commerce)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants
  • Onboarding process of new sellers
  • Upload listing SKU into brand/seller showcase for big group/big brand
  • Helping the seller on the onboarding process and listing project
  • Other admin-related work and troubleshooting

3. Special Projects, E-commerce Operations Intern (E-commerce)

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth activities
  • Collaborate with our teams in Southeast Asia to conduct analysis on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positions (e.g. market segmentation and opportunity sizing) to derive findings and recommendations
  • Support strategic projects to drive platform growth, including GMV, buyer CRM, seller program adoption rate and other key metrics with cross-functional partners such as marketing, seller management, and operations

4. Community Creator Intern (Thailand E-commerce)

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with either E-commerce, Creator Management, & Content Creation by identifying key trends of products, contents, or community best practices
  • Source and acquire creators at scale to support e-commerce content – Identify room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators who are willing to create E-Commerce content on TikTok platform
  • Provide ongoing 1on1 / group support and training to creators to improve their E-commerce performance including short videos and livestreams, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building programs/courses/trainings/data analysis to creators in line with global policies and local strategy
  • Design and Create promotion materials or projects for creator growth and development in collaboration with product team as well as data analyst
  • Design, Initiate, and Create Community Programs based on current situation to elevate engagement with Creator and help them increase their e-commerce transaction

5. Platform Campaign Planning & Operation Intern (E-commerce)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of campaign planning and coordinating with other teams
  • Research and analyze competitors marketing and sales and come up with counterplan ideas
  • Monitor social voices, events, and trends to assist the team in campaign planning
  • Participate in the process of brainstorming sessions and provide new generation insights and fresh ideas
  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks

6. Content Programming Internship – Viral Support

Responsibilities:

  • Support and operate viral content, by browsing through pool of content and able to manage quality of the content’s pool and managing viral content performance
  • Support on identifying trending concepts in the local market on viral content on a short video and long video application
  • Support on new viral project capabilities, operates on content editing, and planning support.
