Speaker Profile:
Ms. Kriengjit Lerdsittikul is a professional HR Practitioner and Consultant with key achievements in Organization Development and HR Transformation. She successfully established the Global HR Services Center in Bangkok, designed the Operating Model, Services Delivery Model and Organization Structure, as well as developed people strategies and HR roadmaps that will drive effectiveness and culture of employee experience. She has strong knowledge in the HR management system including HR process, HR policies, compensation and benefits and HR technology. She is an adaptable and transformational leader with capability in Change Management; ability in making critical decisions; dynamic and an inspirational leader with proven records in building high-performing teams and individual coaching.
