Skills & Qualifications:

The Information Systems Division (ISD) leads AGC Group’s IT systems and infrastructure. Its Global IT Strategy Office (GITS) was established in January 2020 to build standardized IT systems to advance the smooth and secure transfer of data, information and transactions between group companies to support AGC through its expanding business. With new software and applications launched after one another, GITS members are constantly learning new things and growing together in a diverse team of Asian, European and American colleagues.

Work Schedule:

Your first assignment will be the global roll outs of group standard business systems that are in line with the company’s standardization strategy. Position 1: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting functions
  • Ensure a clear and transparent paper trail is in place for all financial transactions
  • Ensure that financial procedures are followed as part of internal control monitoring
  • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures and prepare financial statements including all supporting schedules according to  the monthly close schedule
  • Prepare weekly reports in according to group instruction
  • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
  • Assist with financial and tax audits
  • Ensure that tax returns filing and corporate reporting requirements are prepared following the Statutory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of accounting theory

Position 2: Customer Service / Sales coordinator / Sales (Export)

Responsibilities:

  • Be the center of the network between customer, production department, and sales department
  • Communicate by email with customers to find out their specific requirements in order to offer solutions, prices, and timeline of the products
  • Prepare Sales Quotations, Shipping documents, Order Confirmation, and Order Status report to customers.
  • Coordinate with production department regarding to the order status, artwork status, scheduling, and any update information in order to deliver the goods according to the customer’s requirements
  • Follow up with production department to get updated information about order progress
  • Source and compare the price of Freight Forwarder services

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Command of English
  • Knowledge in operating Basic Windows Applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Good Attitude ,Positive thinking, Flexible and Service minded.
