Industrial visit to Gulf Energy Development | 2 October 2019 | Ayuttaya

The AIT Student Union External Affairs committee organised the second company visit to Gulf Energy Development PCL, a holding company with a portfolio of electricity, steam and chilled water generating projects and other related business. Gulf Group is one of the leading energy producers in Thailand, producing safe, reliable energy now and for the future. The company is actively looking for international students from AIT to join their planned open house activity along with a career talk. While the company is currently prioritizing Lao, Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam students, the session is open for AIT students from all nationalities. Forty four students from AIT joined this event.

Industrial Visit to Western Digital(WD) | 22 August 2019 | Navanakorn Industrial Zone

Forty one AIT students participated in the industrial visit to Western Digital(WD) plant in NavaNakorn Industrial Zone, Pathumthani, Thailand on 22 August 2019. Associate Professor to School of Management Dr. Yuosre Badir also accompanied the students on their visit.

The event was organised by the AIT Student Union External Affairs committee. This was a rare valuable experience for the students as WD is one of the worlds largest  computer hard disk drive manufacturer and a data storage company.
