Country Coordinator-Bangladesh
Position Description: The Country Coordinator -Bangladesh, reporting to the Project Director, is responsible for coordination and general supervision of in-country activities under Components 1 and 3.

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge:
Preferably Master’s degree in international development, environmental management,
hydrology, or related field
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in implementing development projects
Demonstrated experience in coordinating work with different stakeholders at various levels
Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Ability to network, coordinate, and cooperate with partners, government authorities, and
other stakeholders, and
build strong mutual relationships
Proven ability to strategize, plan, and organize work, and monitor activities and budget
Demonstrated applied research skills
English proficiency in communication, presentation, and report writing
Personal Qualities:
Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage changing
priorities
Flexibility and ability to work hard independently and in a team
Takes ownership of all responsibilities of the position
Excellent work ethic
