Information, Communication and Knowledge Management Specialist
Position Description: The Information, Communication and Knowledge Management (ICKM) Specialist,
reporting to the Project Director through the Project Coordinator and Monitoring and
Evaluation Specialist, develops and implements the project’s ICKM strategy.
Duty Station:
RIMES Program Unit, 2 nd Floor Outreach Building,

Nung, Klong Luang, Pathumthani, Thailand
Type of Contract: Project Staff
Remuneration and Benefits:
Monthly base salary negotiable, commensurate with qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge
At least Bachelor’s degree in communication arts, international development, or other
relevant social science
Experience
Demonstrated experience in formulating and implementing an ICKM strategy
At least 4 years of experience in organizational learning and in capturing and
communicating knowledge from development projects
Skills and abilities
English proficiency in communication, presentation, and report writing
Demonstrated research skills
Demonstrable ability to package information for different audiences
Personal qualities
Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage changing
priorities
Flexibility and ability to work hard independently and in a team
Takes ownership of all responsibilities of the position
Excellent work ethic
