About the Company

Techberry is a software product company that has built a low code integration platform, which enables AS400 enterprise applications such as core banking and insurance to connect to other legacy systems as well as newer technologies such as APIs and blockchain ecosystems.

Our platform allows real-time integration to be achieved simply and rapidly, thereby accelerating the digital transformation process through reusing existing IT assets to the greatest extent possible. Inherently flexible and scalable, depending on the use case, the platform can also be used instead of robotic process automation (RPA).

By accomplishing integration easily, companies are able to expand digital capabilities and offer new products and services that respond to rapidly changing market demands. The growing list of clients that currently benefit from 24×7 business operations on our platform include: FWD Insurance, MSIG Insurance, Krungsri Auto Leasing (AYCAL), Isuzu Tripetch.

Techberry currently operates in 3 countries: Innovation Lab and Sales (Thailand), Development Center (India) and Research and Investment (USA).

Techberry is looking for students who are interested in the following internship positions:

1. Business Development Specialist (Marketing)

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Study and research the opportunity of target market for company products and services.
  • Study and understand both customer preferences and customer pain points in depth.
    ○ Identify and write the product concept to improve and create the product that addressing problems and
    being effectively valuable for customers.
  • Analyse and understand the product strength and weakness and compare with competitors for seeking the key points
    to serve the customer preferences better.
  • Coordinate, research, and analyse the method for developing the business process plan by focusing on whole process
    (start to end), include launching the product to the marketing successfully.
  • Able to estimate costs and expenses for each operation and introduce to team for making decisions.
  • Study and develop appropriate business plan for company products.
    ○ Develop the marketing plan in term of collaboration between the product and target customer.
  • Plan and manage timeline the assigned works and able to work properly with the cross-functional teams.
  • Seek the opportunity for collaboration between clients or partners both domestic and abroad for alternative business
    development and future market.
    ○ Search and connect with clients or partners to understand the fundamental information for consideration
    and possibility of collaboration.
  • Follow up and evaluate the project outcomes in accordance with the plan and until the work is done.
    ○ Able to quick adjust and analyse the obstacles when the results cannot reach the expectation.
    ○ If the product and service cannot meet the customer needs, able to rapidly change the plan or suggest the
    company to exit strategy.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • GPAX 3.30 and higher.
  • Both Thai and non-Thai students are welcome.
  • Because of the Covid-19 situation, you can work from anywhere and be 100% online.
  • Paid internships are awarded based on work experience.
  • Preferable – MBA student with sales or marketing work experienced 1-2 years.

2. Data Modeling Specialist

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Study and research the opportunity of target market for company products and services.
  • Study and understand both customer preferences and customer pain points to provide the appropriate dashboard for seeking the current situation to resolve problems or gain valuable benefits.
  • Understand the source of data that using for creating dashboard presentation.
  • Able to design the appropriate data structure on Elastic, Kibana and Zipkin that related to the source of data and data usage.
  • Able to design the data connecting with several methods and various technologies.
  • Design the database maintenance from big data and able to tune performance, backup and restore, and upgrade.
  • Plan and manage timeline the assigned works and able to work properly with the cross-functional teams.
  • Ideate and design concept documentation include text, video and help effectively to support SI and users grasp and adopt product faster (working with Technical Writer to develop content structure is needed.).
  • Join the product and service testing for evaluation focusing on the expected results and coordinate with related team to address the issues.
