Internship Opportunities at Merck Thailand
Merck is a vibrant team of specialists in Healthcare, Life Science and Performance Materials. Established in Thailand in 1991 as a joint venture between Merck KGaA (Germany), and B. Grimm (Thailand). Merck Thailand has over 150 employees, with its main office located in Bangkok and a chemicals distribution center located at Bangpoo Industrial Estate. Merck is offering a paid and supervised internship opportunities. The duration of internship is 3 months upon student’s credit requirement. The student will be assigned to the MERCK Thailand Office in Bangkok, Thailand, and will be paid an allowance of 10,000THB per month, plus a travel allowance.
1. Assistant to Head of Commercial Excellence (SOM student)
- Preferred Nationality: Any
- Project scope or topic : The person will support communication and digital projects of SEA (such as internal communication, meetings coordination, digital tools and digital landscape competitive review. Therefore, we would need MBA students who have a background or eager to pursue a career in management of PR, Communication, Digital marketing related.
- Support from MERCK: Head of Commercial Excellence will be the person to coach with regular check-in. The intern will be assigned to different projects supporting those projects leaders.
2. Assistant to Head of Export Business (SOM, SET or SERD student)
- Nationality: Any (Preferred from Bangladesh)
- Project scope or topic : The person will support data integration and digital marketing analysis of New Emerging Market (such as Data mining, Market study, Market competition study, therefore, we would need a person who are interested in the Market study, Market insights research, Digital marketing trends, and internal communication/ coordination)
- Support from MERCK: Head of Export will be the person who coaches with regular check-in. The intern will be assigned to the market study project with the Project manager.
